Creative Plastic Inds.

We are located over at Ram Mandir Road in Goregaon West. Creative Plastic Inds is tucked into the Ashirwad Industrial Estate, specifically at 3/16. It’s a busy corner of Mumbai where there’s always something being loaded or unloaded. The noise from the other units in the estate is just part of the background. We have our plastic molding machines running most of the time. The air feels a bit heavy when the machines are at full heat, but we keep the fans going. It’s not a large team here. We all know each other’s names and how we like our tea. Most of the day is spent checking the products coming off the line. If something isn't right, we have to fix the settings immediately. The floor is usually covered in small bits of plastic scrap that we sweep up at the end of the shift. Getting to the estate in the morning can be a struggle with the traffic, but once we’re inside, the routine takes over. We keep our supplies stacked up against the walls to save space. It’s a bit cramped, but it works for us. We don’t have a fancy reception area or anything like that. People just walk straight into the workspace. It’s just an honest day's work in a small factory. We handle our own repairs and manage the daily stock ourselves without any fuss or complicated systems.
