Crashbrains

We are based out of Andheri East. It is a hectic part of Mumbai to be in, but it keeps us on our toes. At Crashbrains, we don't really have a big storefront because most of our work happens on computers. It is usually just the sound of typing and some quiet music in the background while we focus. The traffic outside in Andheri is always a mess, so we usually try to get in early to beat the worst of it. Our space is pretty simple, just some desks, chairs, and too many cables running along the floor. We spend a lot of time staring at screens and trying to figure out how to solve problems. Sometimes we get stuck on a project and end up walking down to the local tea stall just to clear our heads for a few minutes. It is a small team here. We don't have any fancy titles or a big HR department. We just work together and try to make things that actually function well. The air conditioning is usually running full blast because the computers get so hot. Lunch is usually whatever someone brought from home or a quick snack from the vendors downstairs. By the time we leave in the evening, the street is still crowded. It is a grind, but it is our grind. We like being in the middle of all the action here in the East. It's not always easy but we get through the work day as best as we can.
