Craig Travasso

My place is in Bandra West at 9 Silvery Dee, right on St Paul Road. It’s a well-known part of Mumbai, and I’ve been around here for a long time. This isn't a big company with a board of directors. It’s just me, Craig Travasso, doing my work. I use this space to handle all my projects. It’s a comfortable setup. I don't have a staff of twenty people or a big fancy sign outside. Most people who work with me find me because they heard from someone else. St Paul Road is a nice street, though parking can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes. I spend a lot of time at my desk here. I don't like to use a lot of corporate jargon or big words that don't mean much. I just talk to people like I would to a neighbor. I handle things as they come in. If I’m busy, I might not pick up the phone right away, but I always get back to people. It’s a one-man show for the most part, which keeps things simple. I don't have to check with anyone else before I make a decision. I just do what needs to be done to get the job finished. It’s a quiet life in a busy neighborhood, and that suits me just fine. I enjoy being able to do things my own way without any fuss or complicated office politics.
