We’ve been based here in Bandra West for quite a long time now. Our office is at B 3 and if you know this part of town, you know it can get pretty hectic with all the people and the traffic outside. Cosmos India Encyclopedia Pvt Ltd is just the name on our door, but to us, it’s just where we come to work every single morning. The office at B 3 isn't anything special to look at. It’s got some old desks and the air conditioner makes a bit of a rattling noise when it’s been running too long. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with fancy uniforms or polished meetings. Most days, we are just sitting here sorting through things and answering the phone when it rings. Bandra West has changed a lot over the years, but our little corner remains pretty much the same. Sometimes the rain leaks in a bit near the window, and we just put a bucket there and keep going. It’s a very normal, local way of doing things. We don't have a big mission statement hanging on the wall. We just show up, do the tasks that are piled up on the desks, and then lock up in the evening. It’s a practical space for a practical group of people. We like the neighborhood because you can get good food just a short walk away. That’s about it for us at B 3.
