Cosmos Business Machines

Our office is number 501 in Simran Plaza, which sits on 4th Road. If you know where the Regal Enclave is in Khar West, we are right next to it. Being up on the fifth floor gives us a little bit of a break from the street noise, though Khar is never truly quiet. Cosmos Business Machines is basically where we manage everything related to office equipment. We deal with the kind of machines that most people don't think about until they stop working, like printers and copiers. Our space is filled with toner cartridges, spare parts, and manuals that we’ve gathered over the years. We aren't a high-pressure sales office. We mostly spend our time coordinating repairs or helping someone figure out why their machine is jamming again. It’s a lot of technical work mixed with logistics. We’ve been in Khar West for a while and have seen the neighborhood change, but our routine stays pretty steady. We get up, head to Simran Plaza, and start going through the list of calls for the day. It’s a practical business for a practical part of town. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a uniform. It’s just us in a regular office, surrounded by the tools of our trade.
