Our corporate office is tucked away in Andheri East, right inside SEEPZ. We are in Sdf-I, at unit number 9. If you’ve ever been to SEEPZ, you know the routine—showing your ID at the gate and then navigating the various blocks. It can be a bit of a trek to get to our building if you’re coming by foot from the main entrance, but we’ve gotten used to the walk over the years. The building itself is one of those standard industrial structures you see all over this zone. It’s a functional space above everything else. We have a few rooms divided by glass partitions that have seen better days, and there’s always the hum of the central air conditioning in the background. It’s a busy atmosphere with people from different companies constantly moving in the hallways. Our desks are usually piled high with papers and there’s always a few half-empty water bottles sitting around. We don’t really go for a polished look because we’re usually too busy with the actual work. Lunchtimes are usually spent at the local canteen or just at our desks if there’s a lot to do. It’s a professional environment in a very literal sense—everyone is here to work. We’ve been part of the SEEPZ community for quite a while, and despite the security hoops, it’s a good, solid place for us to be based. We just take it one day at a time.
