Convergys Thane

Our office is located at 202 Happy Home Society, which is near the Bank of Maharashtra in Thakurli East. This is in the Thane district, near Mumbai. Convergys Thane is what we call ourselves. Being in a society like Happy Home makes it feel very much like a local business. We aren't in a big industrial estate or a shiny office park. It’s a modest space where we get our work done. The Bank of Maharashtra is the best landmark to give people when they are looking for us. Thakurli is a bit of a commute for some, but it's a solid community. Inside, we have a basic setup with some chairs and tables. We deal with service work throughout the day. The sounds of the neighborhood come in through the windows, which is just part of the charm. We don't have a HR department with lots of rules or a marketing team telling us what to say. We just work together to finish our daily chores. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to do, and other times we leave right on time. It’s a very human way of working. No big corporate fluff, just a regular group of people doing their thing in Thane. We've been here for a while and we know the neighbors, which makes the whole place feel a lot more like home than just a random office.
