We are located in Mumbai, specifically at C 10 in the Shri Krishna Society. This is part of Tunga Village, right off SV Road in the Powai area. Being in Powai means things are always moving fast, but our specific spot in the society is a bit more grounded. Convergys India Services Pvt Ltd is the name we go by. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of people coming and going. The office is inside the society, so it feels a bit more personal than a high-rise building. We have the usual Mumbai humidity to deal with, so the AC is always running. Our space is filled with desks and papers and the sound of typing. We handle different types of service work every day. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped, but we make it work. Most of us take the local train or buses to get here, which is the standard way of life in this city. There are plenty of food stalls nearby for Vada Pav or a quick chai during breaks. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. We just focus on the tasks at hand. It’s a real place with real people trying to do a good job in the middle of a very busy city. We take pride in just getting through the day's work without any complications or high-level corporate talk. It is just who we are.
