We are based in Wadala East, specifically in Mistry Park. Our office is actually Flat Number 35 in the B Wing. It’s a bit of a different setup since it’s in a residential building, but it works well for our small team. We work on airflow systems and related equipment. It’s a lot of technical talk and looking at drawings. Wadala is a bit quieter than some other parts of Mumbai, which we like. The flat has been converted into a workspace with desks where the dining table might have been. It feels very personal and not at all like a cold corporate office. We make our own coffee in the small kitchen and sometimes we stay late just to finish a design. The building is older, but it has character. We don't have a fancy sign outside, just a small nameplate. People usually find us by word of mouth. We don't spend money on big ads or marketing. We just focus on making sure the airflow stuff we handle is done right. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing in the hallway, which adds a bit of life to the day. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny lobby. We just want to do our jobs and go home to our families. It’s a practical way to run a business in a city where space is hard to find. We've been here for years and know the area well.
