Construction Rela Estate

Construction Rela Estate is based out of Neelkanth in Daulat Nagar. We are right on Road No 5 in Borivali East. Mumbai is always crowded and noisy, so our little office feels like a bit of a break from the traffic. We handle various bits and pieces related to property and building around this side of town. It’s a busy area and there is always something happening on the streets outside. We’ve been at this location for a bit now. People stop by to ask about flats or land quite often. We don't have a flashy website or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people just knowing who we are in the neighborhood. The office has a few chairs that have seen better days, but they are comfortable enough. We usually have the fan going full speed because of the Mumbai humidity. It gets sticky here in the afternoons. We aren't a huge corporation with suits and ties. Usually, I'm just wearing a plain shirt and trousers. We keep track of everything in big ledgers and some old computers. Borivali is a good place to be because things are always moving. Sometimes the rain makes it hard to get out to the sites, but we manage. If you are walking down Road No 5, you'll see our sign. It's nothing special, just tells you who we are. We just try to keep things simple and honest with everyone who walks through the door.
