Condult Juris

We are located down in the busy parts of Mumbai, near Nariman Point and Maruti Lane. It’s a tight area with a lot of movement, especially being so close to Crawford Market and Colaba. Getting through the traffic every morning is a bit of a challenge, but we like being in this part of the city. Condult Juris has been operating from here, handling various legal or advisory matters that come our way. The office isn't anything too flashy; it’s a working space where we spend a lot of time reading through papers and meeting folks who need help navigating rules. Being near the market means there is always noise outside, but you get used to it after a week. We have a few desks, some old files, and a lot of tea throughout the day. People drop by because they are already in the Colaba area for other business. We don't do much in terms of advertising because the neighborhood usually knows who is where. It's a very traditional way of doing things, really. We just open up in the morning, deal with the paperwork, and head home when the sun goes down over the coast. It’s a good spot to be if you want to feel the energy of South Mumbai. Sometimes it's cramped and the hallways are narrow, but it works for what we do and the people we see.
