Concorde Service Apartment

Our place is up on the 16th floor of Accord Nishi. We’re right on Link Road in Malad West, specifically Phase VI. Most people find us by looking for the Bikaji shop on the 100 Feet Road, since we are right above it. Being in a service apartment means things are a bit different than a standard hotel. You get more of a home feeling here. We have a few units that we look after. It’s a busy area of Mumbai, 400064 is the code. The traffic on Link Road is pretty much constant, but being high up in 1601 helps a bit with the noise. We started this because we had the space and thought people might like staying in a regular building rather than a big lobby. It's just a few of us working here to keep the apartments clean and the guests sorted out. We don't have a big front desk or anything, just a more direct way of doing things. If you're coming from the station or the main road, just look for the Bikaji sign. It’s a good landmark for the delivery guys too. We try to make sure everything works, like the water and the lights, the usual stuff. It’s a decent spot if you need to be in Malad for a few days or even longer. We just keep things moving and try to be helpful when someone asks for something. There isn't much more to it than that.
