Computrick

Our shop is at Shop No 6 in Mani Villa, right on M. G. Road in Ghatkopar East. You can’t miss it because we’re directly opposite the Syndicate Bank. Computrick has been a part of this street for quite some time. It’s mostly just us fixing laptops, dealing with broken screens, or trying to figure out why someone's computer won't turn on anymore. The shop is small and usually filled with spare parts and old monitors stacked in the corner. People from the neighborhood stop in when they’re having trouble with their gadgets. It’s a busy area, so there’s always traffic outside and people walking by on their way to the station. We don’t have any big corporate setup, just a couple of workbenches and the tools we need. Sometimes it takes a bit longer to find a specific part, but we try to keep things moving. It gets hot in the afternoons, but we keep the fan going. Dealing with technology can be a headache for most people, so they bring it to us to deal with. We know most of the regulars who walk past every day. It’s a simple operation. We open up in the morning, handle whatever comes through the door, and close up when the work is finished. It’s just a local computer place doing what it can for the people in Ghatkopar.
