Computer Media Dealer s Association

Our office is tucked away in the Printing House building, just behind Handloom House in Fort. It’s a bit of an old area with a lot of history. Most people know the landmark so they don't get lost too often. We are the Computer Media Dealer s Association. Basically, we are a group of people involved in the trade around here. The office isn't anything special to look at. Just some old desks, a few filing cabinets, and a kettle for tea. We spend most of our time talking to other dealers and figuring out the local market stuff. Fort is always crowded, so getting here in the morning can be a bit of a struggle with the traffic and the people on the sidewalk. Sometimes the ceiling leaks a little when it rains hard, but we just put a bucket out and keep going. It’s a very local operation. We don’t have a big staff or anything like that. Just a couple of us who know the business and handle the paperwork. It gets pretty loud outside with the street noise coming through the windows. We’ve been in this spot for quite some time now. People stop by to chat or settle their dues. It is just a regular part of the day for us. We don't use any fancy systems, just the basics to keep things moving along for the members who come to see us.
