Computer Junktion

Computer Junktion is located over at 7 Shivaji Fort Society in Sion, right on the Green Lane near the SP Road Cross. It is a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads, which is nice when you are trying to concentrate on a tricky repair. The office is basically a room filled with old monitors, tangled cables, and stacks of hard drives that have seen better days. We’ve been set up here for a while now, and most people in the society know us by now. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we have a lot of machines coming in at once, but we make it work. Most of our day is spent troubleshooting software issues or swapping out hardware that has finally given up the ghost. We don't have any big corporate signs or fancy marketing. It is just a place where you can bring a computer that isn't behaving and we'll take a look at it. Sometimes it's a quick fix, and other times we have to tell people it's probably time to buy something new. We drink a lot of coffee and listen to the radio while we work. The humidity in Sion can be tough on the electronics, so we try to keep things as cool as we can in the shop. It isn't a fast-paced environment, but we stay steady with the work. People appreciate having a place nearby where they can just drop off their gear and not worry too much about it.
