Computer It Sales & Services is a small shop located at number 4 near More Hospital in Shivaji Nagar. We are right here in Uran, serving the local community with whatever tech problems they run into. The shop isn't very large, and it’s often filled with towers of old computer parts and monitors waiting to be fixed. We’ve been here for a good while, and most of the people in the neighborhood know they can bring their laptops to us when things go wrong. We do a mix of selling new parts and repairing the old ones. It’s a dusty job sometimes, especially when you open up a computer that hasn't been cleaned in years. We don't have a corporate sales team or anything like that. It’s just us behind the counter. We spend a lot of our time explaining things to customers who aren't very technical. Sometimes we can fix a problem in five minutes, and other times we have to wait days for a part to arrive in the mail. The hospital nearby is a good landmark, so people never have trouble finding where we are. We like being in Uran because it has a slower pace than the main city. We don't try to overcomplicate things. If your screen is broken or your hard drive crashed, we just see what we can do to help. It's a simple business built on being helpful to the neighbors.
