We’ve been here at Office No 115 in Nathuram Poddar Baug for quite a while now. Most people around Thakurdwar Road know where we are, right near Charni Road. It’s a busy spot but we like it here. We fix laptops, desktops, and basically anything that’s acting up with your tech. It’s just a small team of us working daily. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded with parts and old towers, but that’s how we work. People drop by when their screen breaks or when the fan starts making that weird clicking noise. We don't really do fancy ads. Most folks find us by walking past or hearing from a neighbor. Dealing with computers can be a headache, so we try to keep things straightforward. If it’s broken, we look at it. If it’s not worth fixing, we’ll tell you that too. It’s better to be honest than to waste everyone’s time. Sometimes parts take a few days to arrive, but we try to keep you updated. It isn’t always perfect, but we do the work properly. We’ve seen all sorts of problems over the years at this Charni Road location. Computers just stop working for no reason sometimes, and we figure out why.
