Comprompt Solutions

We are based out of Ghatkopar West on New C G Road. Our main office is C-408. Comprompt Solutions has been here for a good bit now. It’s a busy neighborhood and there’s always something going on outside on the street. We do a lot of IT support and solution work for different clients. It’s not very glamorous, but it keeps us busy and the days go by fast. The office is just a regular room with desks and a few cabinets full of old files and manuals. We don’t spend much on decorations because we’re mostly focused on the screens in front of us. We’ve got a small team and we all know each other well, which makes the day easier. We don’t really do the corporate talk thing. We just talk like normal people do. When a client calls with a problem, we just try to figure it out step by step. Sometimes it takes a while, and sometimes it’s an easy fix that we can do over the phone. We don’t have any fancy slogans or anything like that. We just want to do a decent job so people come back when they need help again. It’s a straightforward way to do business. The area is good for food, so we usually have a nice lunch together at the local spots. It’s a good place to be if you’re working in this part of town and want things kept simple. We just get on with it.
