We are located at 56 Shantikunj on Anand Road, right across from Malad West. It’s part of that Ramachandraiah Industrial Estate area near M E S Road. Our space is usually cluttered with parts, wires, and tools because there’s always something being pulled apart or put back together. It’s an industrial vibe around here, so there is plenty of noise from the nearby units and trucks moving in and out of the estate. We spend most of our time hunched over workbenches trying to figure out why something stopped working. It’s not the kind of place you’d come for a fancy cup of coffee, but we have plenty of screwdrivers and testing equipment. Sometimes a repair takes longer than we thought because a part is hard to find, and the shelves get a bit disorganized when we are busy. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and we know the other shop owners around the estate quite well. The lighting isn't the best, and there are stacks of old components in the corners that we might need one day. It’s just a practical workspace where we focus on getting the hardware fixed. We don’t have a receptionist, so if the bell rings, one of us just wipes our hands and goes to see who it is. It’s just a regular service shop doing repairs for the local folks and businesses nearby.
