We’re located over at C-05 Indraprasta in Anushaktinagar. If you know the Mumbai 400 094 area, it’s a fairly quiet part of the city compared to the center. Our office is small and tucked into the building. We’ve been here for a while now, handling various back-end tasks for different companies. It’s mostly data entry and some customer support emails. We don't have any big signs outside. Most people who work here live within a few kilometers, so they walk or ride their scooters to the office. The workspace is simple. We have our desks, some old filing cabinets, and a water cooler that everyone gathers around. It feels very local. We don’t have those high-tech badges or security guards. We just know who belongs here. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a few minutes and we all just wait for the generator to kick in. It’s a bit of a quirk of the building. We try to keep the noise down because there are families living in the same complex. Lunch is usually a group affair in the small break area. We don’t have a canteen, so everyone brings their own lunchbox from home. It’s just a group of regular people doing their jobs and making sure the clients are satisfied with the reports we send out every evening. It’s honest work and we take it one day at a time.
