We’re over in Navi Mumbai, specifically in Sector 16 of Airoli. If you know Vraj Vihar CHS, that’s where you’ll find us on the second floor of the B wing. It’s a busy spot but it works for what we do here. Most of us take the local train or come in from the nearby areas. The office isn’t huge but we have enough room for the teams. We handle a lot of different data and calling tasks for various clients. It’s the usual BPO stuff, really. Some days are quieter than others. There is a small tea stall downstairs where we usually gather around four o’clock to talk about the day or just catch some fresh air. Traffic on the main road can be a bit much during rush hour, so some of the staff stay back late to avoid the worst of it. We’ve been in this building for a while now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the lift is sometimes slow, but it’s home for us. We don't really do fancy presentations or anything. It's just people sitting at desks with headsets and computers, trying to get through the queue. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the paperwork piles up. Everyone knows each other here. It’s not like those big corporate hubs where you’re just a number. We know whose birthday it is and who prefers their chai without sugar. That’s just how we run things in Airoli.
