Collectors Corner Exports

We are located on the first floor of the Tambalwala Trust Building. It’s room number 7. Umerkhadi Road in Mumbai is always crowded and noisy, which you probably know if you've been around here. We handle exports from this small space. There are boxes stacked up in the hallway quite often. We’ve been in this building for many years now. The stairs are a bit steep and narrow so you have to be careful when you come up to see us. Most of our work involves checking items and getting them ready for shipping out to different places. Mumbai is a fast city but we try to keep our corner organized enough to function. It’s a bit cramped with all the inventory but we make it work. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us doing the heavy lifting and the typing. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit in the afternoons but we just carry on with what we can. We deal with various suppliers across India. It’s honest, daily work. We don’t use flashy logos or have a big reception area with a fancy rug. You just walk in and see us working at our desks. The traffic outside is constant and the horns never stop. We usually have a small radio playing in the background to drown out the noise. It’s just how things are in this part of Maharashtra. We make sure the orders go out on time even if it takes extra effort. It is a practical business for practical people.
