Collective Heads

Our office is tucked away at Santacruz West on C G Road 24, and it stays quite active from morning until late evening. It is the kind of place where desks are rarely clean because there is always some project or another being hashed out by the team. We have a mix of people here who just enjoy getting stuck into the work. The neighborhood is busy, so there is always noise from the street, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We do a bit of everything when it comes to organizing and thinking through ideas for our clients. It is not about being flashy or having the most modern furniture; it is more about the people sitting in the chairs. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting around the big table in the middle of the room. Sometimes things get a little chaotic when deadlines are close, but we usually manage to keep things moving. We have been in Santacruz for a while, and most people around here know where to find us. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. People just walk in, find who they need to talk to, and we get started on whatever needs doing. It feels like a small community inside these walls, where everyone knows their job and just gets on with it.
