Cogentiz Solutions Private Limited

We are Cogentiz Solutions. Our office is in Technocity, which is part of the MIDC area in Mahape. We are up on the seventh floor in unit A-704. Mahape is a very industrial and tech-heavy part of the region. There are a lot of buildings like ours around here. It’s a busy place with people rushing in and out of the park all day. Our space is pretty standard. We have rows of desks and a small area for meetings. We work on various IT solutions. Most of the time, we are just heads down on our keyboards. The view from the seventh floor is alright, mostly looking out over other industrial plots and buildings. We deal with the usual Mumbai heat and traffic to get here every morning. It's a professional environment but we don't act like a big corporate machine. We are just a group of people trying to make things work for our clients. We have our routines, like getting tea together in the afternoon. Technocity is a large complex, so it took us a bit to get settled when we first moved in. We've stayed because it has the infrastructure we need to get our work done. It's not a fancy lifestyle. It's just hard work in a functional office. We focus on getting the projects finished so we can move on to the next one. That is the main thing for us.
