Codifyd Inc is located over in Borivali East, specifically in the Ekta Meadows complex. We are tucked away in the C wing, occupying space on both the 2301 and 2401 floors. It’s quite a climb if the elevators are busy, which they often are during the morning rush. Most of us commute in using the local trains or live around the Siddharth Nagar area, so the office is a central spot for the team. Being up so high gives us a decent view of the city, especially when the monsoon hits and everything turns green for a few weeks. The office itself is pretty lived-in. There are stacks of papers here and there, and the kitchen area always has a few half-empty packets of biscuits. We don’t have a big reception desk or anything like that; you just walk in and see people at their screens. It’s a quiet place for the most part, except when we’re all debating where to order lunch from. Borivali is a busy part of Mumbai, so there’s always noise coming up from the street, but we’ve gotten used to it over time. It’s just a normal office where we spend most of our waking hours. We keep things simple here. There’s no dress code really, just people wearing what’s comfortable and focusing on their work. It feels more like a shared workspace than a stiff company office, which suits us just fine.
