Codespark Infotech Private Limited is based out of Amravati, specifically in the Pratapgarh Housing area. We’re at number 12/1. It’s a fairly quiet neighborhood, which is nice when you’re trying to focus on technical work. We don't have a big, flashy office in a metro city; we like it right here in Amravati. The team is small, mostly local people who grew up around here or moved nearby for work. Our day usually starts with a quick chat about what’s on the schedule, and then we just get to it. There’s no corporate ladder to climb here. We’re all just working together to get the software projects finished. The office itself is pretty basic—just some desks and our hardware. We don't believe in wasting money on stuff that doesn't help us work better. Sometimes the weather gets really hot, so we’re grateful for the fans and the occasional breeze that comes through. We’ve been part of this community for a while now. It’s a good place to be if you want to avoid the chaos of places like Mumbai or Pune. We just do our work, look after our tasks, and go home to our families in the evening. It’s a simple life, and the business reflects that. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just trying to provide a solid service from our corner of Maharashtra. It works for us and our families, so we keep at it.
