Codegen Innovations Private Limited is in Andheri West, which is one of the busiest parts of Mumbai. We are specifically at 127, Damji Shamji Udyog Bhavan on Veera Desai Road. This is an industrial estate, so the building is full of all kinds of businesses, from small workshops to offices like ours. The vibe at Damji Shamji is very industrious. There are always people moving goods, couriers running around, and the sound of heavy doors opening and closing. Our unit, 127, is a straightforward workspace. It’s not fancy. We have our workstations lined up and a small area for files. Veera Desai Road is a major stretch, so getting here can take a long time if the traffic is bad, which it usually is. We’ve grown used to the pace of Andheri. It’s a bit gritty and very loud, but it feels like things are always happening. There’s a certain energy to being in an Udyog Bhavan. You see people working hard everywhere you look. We aren't interested in having a polished, corporate look. We just want a place where we can sit down and get our tasks done. The office is often a bit cluttered with papers and computer parts, but we know where everything is. It’s our little corner of the Mumbai business world, and it works for us. We just keep our heads down and stay busy throughout the week.
