We are based out of MIDC in Marol, which is one of the busier parts of Mumbai for businesses like ours. Coconut Softwares Pvt Ltd has been here for a while now. If you’ve ever navigated the streets of Marol, you know it’s a mix of warehouses, offices, and small tea stalls. It’s a very industrial and practical environment. There isn't much room for fluff here. Our office is just a place where we come to work. Mumbai is a fast-paced city, and being in the MIDC area keeps us right in the middle of it all. We don't have a fancy view or anything, just the usual sight of delivery trucks and people rushing to catch the metro. Inside, we have a bunch of desks and a lot of cables. We do software work, so as long as the internet is running and the chai is hot, we are good to go. The team is a mix of people from all over the city. Some of us take the train and others brave the traffic on scooters. It is a bit noisy sometimes with the construction and the planes overhead from the airport nearby, but we don't mind. We focus on the tasks we have for the day. We aren't interested in looking corporate or polished. We are just a group of people in Marol trying to build things that work. It’s just how we get things done here in the city.
