Co Op Bank

We’re located in Room No 274 of Building No 18 in Sardar Nagar 4. Mumbai is a fast place, but here in 400037, we have our own little rhythm. Co Op Bank isn't some giant skyscraper downtown. We are right here in the neighborhood where people live and walk their dogs. The room is a bit small, especially when a few people come in at once, but we make it work. It’s got that old-school feel to it, with wooden desks and lots of ledgers and stamps. We aren't much for digital everything; we still like our paper trails. The fans on the ceiling hum all day to keep the Mumbai heat away, though it doesn't always work perfectly. We know most of the faces that walk through the door because they’re from around here. It’s a simple operation. No one is wearing expensive suits or trying to sell you something you don’t need. We just handle the accounts and keep things moving. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of ink at the wrong time, but that’s just life in a small office. We’ve been part of Sardar Nagar 4 for quite a while now and plan to stay right where we are. It’s a lot of work, but we like being here in this part of the city.
