Cmc Limited operates from a spot on the Sion Bandra Link Road here in Mumbai. If you've ever been on this road, you know the traffic is something else. It’s almost always noisy outside with the horns and the construction that never seems to end. Our space is right in the middle of all that chaos in the 400 017 area. It’s not a large place, just enough room for the team to sit and get through the daily grind. We have a few old metal cupboards for our files and a wall clock that is always five minutes fast, but nobody bothers to fix it. The humidity in Mumbai can be tough, so our old air conditioner gets a lot of use during the summer months. It rattles a bit, but it keeps us cool enough to work. We don't really bother with fancy decorations or corporate branding on the walls. It’s just a place where we come to do our jobs. Most days are spent on the phone or working through spreadsheets. We’ve been at this Maharashtra location for a while now and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Despite the noise and the rush outside, it’s our little corner of the city. We don't try to pretend to be something we aren't. We are just a local business trying to keep up with the fast pace of Mumbai life. It is simple, it is loud, and it is exactly where we belong.
