We've been here at Worli Naka for a while now. The office is in Room 21 at New Ambalal Chawl, right on Dr AB Road. It's a busy part of Mumbai, so there's always something going on outside our windows. We handle shipping stuff and agency work. It's mostly paperwork and keeping track of containers and ships coming in. Dealing with the port and logistics takes up most of our day. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic, but that’s just how things go in this business. We have a small team here. Most of us have been around for years. We just get on with the work that needs doing. The commute to Worli can be a pain with the traffic, but we are used to it by now. We deal with a lot of different people every day, from truck drivers to port officials. It keeps us busy. The stairs in the building are a bit narrow, and it can get quite hot in the summer, but we have some fans that help. We try to keep things organized despite all the papers everywhere.
