Our shop, Click 2 Gift, is tucked away in the Ghaswala Compound on Station Road. Being in Andheri East and so close to the station means there is always a crowd outside. We have got people rushing to catch trains and others just wandering around. It is a busy environment, but we have gotten used to the noise over the years. We handle a lot of different gift items here. The shop is not a massive warehouse; it is a practical space where we keep things that people might want to buy for a friend or a coworker. Since we are right near the station, we get a lot of commuters who realized they forgot to buy a gift and need something quick before they head home. We try to keep a variety of things so there is something for everyone. It is just a few of us working here, making sure the displays are not too dusty and that everything is priced correctly. We do not use fancy sales pitches. If you like something, you buy it. If you have a question, we answer it as best as we can. Sometimes the space feels a bit small when we have a lot of customers at once, but we make it work. It is a typical Andheri business—fast-paced, a bit crowded, and always moving. We just keep our heads down and keep the shop running day in and day out.
