Clear Mipak Packaging Solutions Ltd

Solaris 1 on Saki Vihar Road is a huge place, and we are over at C-130. It’s right across from L&T Gate No. 1, so the traffic is usually a disaster around shift change times. Inside, Clear Mipak is all about the packaging. We have rows of machines and a lot of people moving pallets around. It’s loud, and the lights are those bright buzzing tubes, but it works for us. We handle a lot of different solutions for packaging, mostly for other businesses around Powai and beyond. We don't have a fancy showroom. If you want to see what we make, we just pull a sample out of a crate. The floor is concrete and has some stains from old spills. We try to keep it organized, but when a big order comes in, things get a bit messy for a few days. The office staff sits in a small glassed-off area where they can see the production floor. It’s not quiet, but it’s productive. We eat lunch together when we can, usually talking about the local cricket scores or how long it took to get to work. We are just a regular bunch of people trying to make a living and keep the machines running without too many breakdowns. The work can be repetitive, but there is a certain satisfaction in seeing the trucks leave full. We just stay focused and keep the lines moving as best as we can every day.
