Citigroup Global Services Ltd

Our location is 701A Cindrella, which is right opposite the IIT in Powai. This part of Mumbai is always buzzing with students and professionals. Citigroup Global Services Ltd has this spot on the seventh floor. It’s a busy building with a lot of different offices and residents. We spend a lot of time looking out at the traffic towards the IIT gates. The office is pretty simple. We have a few rows of desks and a small corner for our server and printer. It’s not a very large space, so we have to stay organized or it becomes a mess very quickly. The elevator in the Cindrella building is often full, so we have to plan our arrivals carefully. We usually go to the small cafes nearby for lunch or just get something from the street vendors. Powai has a specific kind of energy, and we are right in the middle of it. We aren't doing anything glamorous here. It's mostly just back-office support and handling various service tasks. We don't have a receptionist to greet people. If the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door opens it. It is a very practical and straightforward environment. We just show up, do the work, and deal with the Mumbai heat like everyone else. It’s just a regular office in a very busy part of town where we get the work done.
