You can find us at Sai Shakti Society in Laxmi Nagar. We are in Room Number 365, on the fourth floor. This is right on the Link Road in Goregaon West. If you have ever been to Mumbai, you know how busy the Link Road gets. The noise from the rickshaws and buses is pretty much constant. Citigroup Global Services Limited operates out of this society. It’s a bit of a maze to find the right wing if you aren’t used to it. The room itself is small, but we fit everyone in. We have computers lined up along the walls. It is definitely not a corporate skyscraper. It’s more of a community vibe here. We know the security guard and the people living next door. Sometimes we have to wait a while for the lift because the society is quite big. We usually bring our own lunch or go to the small eateries nearby on the Link Road. The monsoons are the toughest part because the water collects on the road outside, but we still show up and get things moving. We don't use a lot of fancy words for what we do. We just handle the service work that comes our way. The office has a bit of a lived-in smell, like old paper and tea. It's just where we spend our eight or nine hours every day, doing what we need to do.
