Citi Technology Services Ltd

You’ll find us at Flat No D 1 in the Sadhu Hiranand society, just off Marve Road in Malad West. It’s a residential complex, so it’s much quieter than being right on the main road, which helps us concentrate on the technical stuff we handle for Citi Technology Services Ltd. The flat is on the ground level, so it’s easy to duck in and out when we need to. Malad is a huge area and the traffic near the station can be a nightmare, but our little corner feels a bit more relaxed. We’ve turned the living area into the main work zone and the smaller rooms are where we keep the supplies and the lunch table. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we manage. Sometimes the neighbors are drying their laundry outside the window, which is just part of living and working in a Mumbai CHSL. We don't have any big mission statements or glossy brochures sitting around. We just have our monitors, our keyboards, and a fridge that usually has some milk for tea. It feels like a real neighborhood office where we know the security guards and the local shopkeepers. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby, we just want to stay on top of our daily schedule and go home. Usually, we take turns bringing in snacks from the bakery down the street to keep the energy up.
