Our base is at B 102 in the Vishwas Sankalp CHS Ltd building, located in NNP Dindoshi, Goregaon East. Being in a cooperative housing society gives our office a very different feel compared to being in a big commercial park. We are right in the middle of where people live, so we see the daily life of Mumbai unfolding right outside. The office itself is small and functional. We have our desks, our computers, and lots of files that seem to grow every single month. Goregaon East is a busy area, especially with the commute, but Dindoshi has its own pace. We spend most of our time here managing the group's affairs and keeping things moving. It is a lot of administrative work and staying on top of the details. We are not here to make big speeches or give sales pitches; we just handle the day-to-day requirements that come with our job. The building has been our home for a while, and we know the security guards and the other residents pretty well. Sometimes the noise from the street or the building repairs can be a bit much, but we just work through it. It is a very grounded way to run things. We do not have fancy signage or a big reception area. If someone comes to see us, they just walk into the room where we are all working. It is simple, honest, and it works for us. That is just our way of doing things here.
