We are over at A-Wing, 415, in the Kailash Industrial Estate. It’s on the Hiranandani-Vikhroli Link Road in Vikhroli West. The estate is a massive place with lots of different businesses tucked into every corner. Our office is on the fourth floor, and the elevator is a bit slow, so we often just take the stairs if we aren't carrying anything heavy. Inside, it looks like a typical IT workspace. There are long rows of desks with cables running everywhere and whiteboards covered in scribbles that only we understand. It’s an industrial building, so the ceilings are high and the floors are hard. We get a decent amount of light from the windows, which look out over the other wings of the estate. The Link Road outside is always jammed with cars and trucks, and the sound of horns usually filters in through the glass. We’ve been based in Vikhroli for quite some time now. It’s a practical location for us. We have a small pantry where someone is usually making coffee or heating up their lunch. It’s not a very quiet place, as there’s always someone talking or the sound of keyboards clicking away. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us and try to keep things moving. The building management is okay, though the hallways can get a bit cluttered with crates from the other units. It’s just a regular office where we do our technical work day in and day out.
