Our place is in Goregaon, but it’s the one in Mangaon Taluka in the Raigad district. It’s easy to get confused with the big Goregaon in Mumbai, but we are much further out in the countryside. Raigad is a beautiful area with a lot of greenery and hills, especially when it’s not too hot. Our office is a basic building that we’ve been using for a while. It’s not in a fancy industrial estate; it’s just part of the local landscape. We have a small team here and we all do a bit of everything. There’s no one in a suit telling people what to do. We just know what needs to be finished by the end of the day and we get to it. The local market in Mangaon is where we get most of what we need. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't have high-speed elevators or a cafeteria. We usually bring our own food or grab something from the local shops. The pace is a bit slower than the city, but we still work hard. We like the fact that we can see the trees and hear the birds instead of just hearing traffic all day. It’s a very simple and honest environment. We don't try to impress anyone with big words or fancy offices. We just do our work here in Goregaon and we’re happy with that.
