Chrysalis Hrd

Working out of the Rebello Enclave office here in Mumbai is just what we do every day. It is a busy spot in Trans Residency and we have been here for quite some time now. We deal with HR stuff mostly. Some days the office is quiet and other days the phone does not seem to stop ringing at all. People often ask what exactly we do and it is basically just sorting out staff issues and helping businesses find their feet with all the necessary paperwork. Being in Maharashtra, we see a lot of different people coming through our door. The office isn't anything fancy or polished, just a 203 B unit where we keep our files and meet folks for a chat. We are not a big corporation with fancy glass walls or anything like that. It is just some desks, computers, and a lot of tea. We try to keep things simple here. If someone needs help with their hiring or just wants to talk about how to manage their team better, they usually find us easily enough. It’s a job like any other. We spend our mornings looking at resumes and our afternoons in meetings. That is just how it goes at Chrysalis Hrd. We have been at this address for a bit now and it feels like home. Nothing too complicated about how we run things. Just making sure the work gets done and everyone knows where they stand. It is a living.
