You can find us over on the ground floor on Dmonte Lane. Orlem is a decent area to work in, though Malad West can get pretty crowded during the rush hour. We have been at this spot for a while now and most people in the neighborhood know the building. At Chrysalis Hrd Pvt Ltd, we just handle the usual human resources tasks that come across the desk. It is mostly paperwork and talking to people about their jobs. We are not trying to change the world or anything, just doing the daily work that needs to happen for our clients. The office is unit 152 and it is not a huge space, but it is enough for what we need to get done. We have a few desks and a place for people to sit when they come in for a meeting. Sometimes the rain makes the lane a bit messy in the monsoon, but that is just Mumbai for you. We keep our hours regular and try to stay on top of the files. It is funny how much paper an HR office can go through in a single week. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us here, answering emails and making sure things are running okay. It is steady work and we like the neighborhood because it has good food nearby for lunch.
