We are situated on the first floor of Kagalwala House. It’s on Plot No. 175, right behind Metro House on CST Road in Santacruz East. Being so close to the Bandra Kurla Complex means there’s a lot going on around us. Chmod Solutions is basically a small team of us who know our way around computer systems. The office isn't anything to write home about—just some sturdy desks, a few swivel chairs that have seen better days, and a server room that stays much colder than the rest of the place. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting and setting things up for other businesses. It’s the kind of work that requires a lot of patience. Sometimes we’re here late because something went wrong at the last minute, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just fix things and keep the systems running. The building itself is quite busy, with people from different companies constantly coming in and out. There's a decent place nearby to grab some lunch, which is where you'll find us most afternoons. We like the location because it’s central, even if the commute through Mumbai traffic is a bit of a struggle every day. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people doing their jobs.
