Chintamani Restaurant

Chintamani Restaurant is right on the Kalyan Sheel Road. We are in the Kalyan part of Thane and our pincode is 421304. The Datta Mandir is very close to us and most local people refer to this specific area as Kalyan Fata. It is a very busy junction where several roads meet. There is always a lot of traffic with cars, trucks, and buses constantly moving towards Sheel or heading further into Kalyan. Our restaurant is sitting right there on the edge of the road. It is a very simple place with basic tables and chairs. The sound of the vehicles outside is something we hear all day long. We have gotten so used to the noise over the years that we barely notice it anymore. Having the temple nearby means we get some people stopping by after they visit. The building is a little bit old and showing its age. We try to keep everything tidy but the dust from the heavy road traffic is something we have to clean up every single day. We open up early in the morning for the first travelers. Usually it is just local folks or people who are driving long distances who stop in for a break. We do not have a fancy menu or any corporate branding. It is just a regular local eatery. We have watched this road grow much wider over the years and everything changed.
