Our place is at number 76/78 Issaji Street, on the first floor of Guru Sadan. Being on Issaji Street means we are right in the thick of the old trading district. It is a maze of narrow lanes and tall buildings, and there is always something being carried on someone's shoulder or moved on a handcart. Our office is an old-fashioned setup. We have high ceilings and those big heavy doors. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't familiar with the area, but we like it here. We spend most of our time dealing with chemical supplies and industrial solutions. It’s a lot of talking to people on the phone and writing out invoices by hand or on the old computers. There isn't much room for anything extra, so every corner is filled with something useful. The sounds of the street come right up through the windows—shouting, horns, and the general buzz of commerce. We aren't a corporate giant with a thousand employees. We are a small team that has been doing this for years. We know the smells of the chemicals we handle and the way the market changes from month to month. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of business. We just try to get the orders filled and delivered through the crowded streets without too much delay.
