You can find us in the Shastri Niketan Building, which is 12/A. We are tucked away right behind the Telephone Exchange at Chembur Naka. It’s a bit of a maze back here if you aren't familiar with Chembur, but once you find the exchange, we are right there. The building is older, but it’s sturdy. We run Crystal Security Infotech from a room that’s mostly filled with boxes of cables and different computer parts. The windows don't open all the way, so it gets a bit stuffy in the afternoons. We have a couple of old desks and some chairs that have seen better days. Being near the Naka means it’s always busy outside, especially during rush hour. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at screens. It’s just how it is with infotech work. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the ropes. Sometimes the power flickers, and we all have a bit of a moment until the backup kicks in. It’s a very honest way to work, just dealing with technical problems as they come. We’ve been in this building for quite some time now and know the watchman and the other people around the exchange. It’s not a high-rise office, but it’s our spot in Chembur. We mostly just keep to ourselves and get the work finished by the end of the day.
