Checkmate Computers

We are located at Shop No 17 in Building No 3 of Sumer Nagar. It’s right on S V Road in Borivali West, so the location is pretty easy for most people to get to. Checkmate Computers is where we handle a lot of different tech issues every day. The shop isn't very big, so we have to be careful about where we put all the laptops and towers that come in for repair. There are shelves everywhere filled with various parts like hard drives and RAM sticks. Sometimes it feels like we are living in a forest of cables. S V Road is always noisy, but once you step inside, it’s mostly just the sound of clicking keyboards and fans. We spend a lot of time sitting at the workbenches in the back. Customers usually come in with a lot of questions about why their machines are slow or why the screen is black. We just take a look and tell them what we see. There’s no big corporate vibe here, just a couple of desks and a lot of tools. We keep a notebook to track all the jobs we have going on. Borivali is a busy place, and we see a lot of different faces throughout the week. We’ve been here in Sumer Nagar for a while, and we just keep doing what we know how to do. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait it out and get back to work soon.
