Channel Solutions

Channel Solutions is based out of a small place at number 15 in the Vasu Pawar Chawl. We are tucked away in Rai Dongari, which is just off the Western Express Highway in Borivali East. Being so close to the highway is good for travel, but it also means it is always noisy and crowded around here. Our office isn’t much to look at, just a room in the chawl where we keep our equipment and do our work. It gets a bit cramped when all of us are in at the same time, but we get along well enough. We handle various tech and service solutions for people in the neighborhood and some further away. It’s a lot of phone calls and sitting at desks. Borivali East is a busy place to live and work, and there is always something going on outside our door. We don't have a big sign or a fancy entrance. Most of our clients just know where we are or find us through someone else they know. We like the local feel of being in a chawl because you actually know your neighbors. Sometimes we have to step out to the main road to get better cell reception or just to grab a quick tea from the stall. It’s a simple setup, and we don’t try to pretend it’s anything else. We just focus on getting the day's work finished.
