Chaitanya Dalal Co

We've been at Maker Chamber 3 for a while now. It's up on the 11th floor, so we get a decent view of Nariman Point, though mostly we're just looking at papers or the computer. Chaitanya Dalal Co is just us working out of this spot in the Ajay Industrial Estate area. It's a busy building. There are always people coming in and out of the elevators. Sometimes they're slow, which can be annoying when you're in a rush. Anyway, we handle things from here every day. It's a solid place to be based. The 11th floor feels quite high up when you think about it. We’ve set things up so it’s comfortable enough for the team. We don’t really do much fancy stuff. Just the daily work that needs doing. People know where to find us if they need to drop something off or have a quick chat about a project. It’s pretty straightforward. We've got our desks and our files and we just get on with it. It gets a bit loud outside sometimes because it's Mumbai, but that's just how it is around here. You get used to the city noise after a few weeks. We like being centrally located because it makes things easier for everyone involved. It's not a huge office but it works for what we do. We're at room 111 there if you're looking for our specific spot in the building.
