Centrove Solutions Llp is based over in Khar West, Mumbai. Our office is 201 Shublaxmi, right opposite the Gayatri Mandir on 12th Road. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside. The building is a bit older, but it has a lot of character. We’ve been here for a while and have settled into a routine. We do a mix of things depending on what the project requires. It’s a small operation, so we all end up wearing many hats. One day you might be doing accounts and the next you're helping with a technical glitch. We don't have a receptionist, so if the doorbell rings, whoever is closest just gets up to answer it. It’s a practical way to run things. We like being in Khar because it’s central and easy for everyone to get to. The office itself is mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of cables. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just show up and try to do a good job for the people who hire us. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, but that's just life in Mumbai. We keep it simple and don't try to sound like a giant corporation when we’re just a small local team.
