Our place is located at 132/3 Naryan Dhuru Street, right in the middle of Nagdevi. If you’ve ever been to this street, you know it’s absolutely packed with people and shops selling all kinds of hardware and tools. It’s a very old part of the city and the energy is always high. Our building is narrow and goes up several floors. We’ve been here for years, and the walls are lined with shelves that are overflowing with technical parts and gadgets. It might look like chaos to a stranger, but we know exactly where every single item is kept. It’s a bit dusty and the lighting isn't the brightest, but it’s where we do our best work. We focus on technology and specialized equipment. We don’t have a big sales team. Most of the time, it’s just us answering the phone or helping someone who walked in off the street. The traffic outside is constant, and you can always hear horns honking. We’ve grown used to the noise. We don’t have fancy brochures or a polished image. We just provide the parts and the knowledge that people need. It’s a family-run feel even if we aren’t all related. We drink a lot of tea and spend our days solving technical puzzles. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s an important one for the people who rely on us. We just keep plugging away day after day.
